Quality is our priority.

Every batch passes four sequential checkpoints before a container is approved for export. From the raw coconut shells arriving at our gate to the sealed container at the port — nothing is left to assumption.

QC/01

Raw Material Selection

Mature coconut shells sourced directly from documented plantations across Sulawesi, Sumatra, and Java. Moisture and shell integrity tested on arrival.

QC/02

Production Monitoring

Carbonization temperature, pressing pressure, and drying duration logged per batch. Operators follow standardized SOP with digital traceability.

QC/03

Laboratory Testing

Each lot tested for ash content, fixed carbon, volatile matter, moisture, and calorific value. Certificate of Analysis issued with every shipment.

QC/04

Final Inspection

Before container sealing, every carton is inspected for packaging integrity, weight accuracy, and labeling compliance with destination country regulations.

Six stages. One outcome.

From raw coconut shell to sealed export container — every stage is documented, monitored, and traceable. Hover or scroll through each step to see how we turn agricultural byproduct into premium fuel.

PROCESS FLOW
01
/ 06 STAGES
Each step is non-negotiable. Skipping a stage or rushing a timeline is how export-grade product becomes commodity-grade.
01

Raw Material Collection

Mature coconut shells are sourced from over 200 partner plantations across Indonesia. Each delivery is inspected for shell maturity, moisture content below 12%, and absence of contamination.

02

Carbonization Process

Shells are carbonized in controlled kilns at 400–600°C for 72 hours. Oxygen supply is regulated to ensure complete carbonization without ash-forming overburn.

03

Grinding & Mixing

Carbonized char is ground to a uniform particle size, then mixed with natural tapioca starch binder at a precise 92:8 ratio. No chemical binders, no accelerants.

04

Pressing Briquette

Mixed material is extruded under 80-ton hydraulic pressure into cube, hexagonal, or pillow forms. Density target: 1.2–1.3 g/cm³ for optimal burn characteristics.

05

Drying

Briquettes pass through a 6-day controlled drying cycle, reducing moisture to below 8%. Final moisture verified per batch before release to packaging.

06

Packaging

Briquettes are packed in cartons, bulk bags, or custom retail packaging per buyer spec. Each unit is labeled with batch ID, production date, and COA reference for full traceability.

Packed for global transit.

Three packaging formats — bulk for industrial buyers, carton for distributors, custom private-label for retail brands. Every format ships container-ready.
